These bulbs are GREAT until they are not, which can be as little as 2 months!
The colors and the Wiz app are awesome. Great features and many different programs for the lights. It has been only two months since I purchased the lights. I purchased twelve A19 bulbs. I now have three that are constantly flickering and three others that have gone dead. The flickering is frustrating, so I typically unscrew those bulbs. That's a 2 month lifespan for 50% of the bulbs that I purchased. I give 0/0 stars to 50% of the bulbs and 5/5 stars to the remaining 50% of the bulbs purchased. My overall rating should be 2.5 stars. To be fair, I have not been able to contact the company to see if there is a solution. These bulbs are lower cost than the Phillips and others; however, do I re-buy more Wiz bulbs and hope they work or go with a more expensive brand? Wiz, if you see this, please help.

    Terrible product. The bulbs work fantastically for a couple weeks. Then by the time they're outside the return window, they start to flicker constantly because they don't stay disconnected. It makes no sense. They work perfectly fine for ~30 days, so it's not the wifi, the power, or anything about the home. Then they instantly stop working, constant flickering. Seems to be some sort of major defective. I bought the product twice because it worked so well during those 30 days that I was hoping I just had a bad box. Nope, all 4 bulbs in both sets had the same problem. They work for a couple weeks and then turn into strobe lights.

    When my Hue lights started going haywire, I looked to replace them and found these at a fraction of the cost. I've filled my house with these now and haven't had any issues

    Easy to setup and make a world of a difference if you have sensitive eyes. I love setting the whole house on lower light settings in the evening so I don't strain my eyes. Got multiple packs of these for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves the new mood lighting in his whole house.

    I bought over 20 of these and several BR30 lights after receiving and liking a pack of the Wiz by Phillips lights. Initially the lights all worked well and functioned without any issues. set up was very simple and my family was very happy with the purchase.
    About 6-7 months in there was a power surge that seemed to knock about half the lights off the schedule and pairing while the others didn't have a problem. Wiz did a good job replacing them, though the process was a little clunky and took a while going through their customer service chat.
    A few months later, more lights began having problems flickering or not connecting. about 5 of the 20+ in different rooms and different kinds of lamps and ceiling lights have stopped working completely.
    I also noticed the bulbs do not do well on dimmer switch lights and two pole switches seem to knock out the pairing more often.
    I'm going to start replacing these lights with the similar Wiz by Phillips lights as those have remained stable this whole time and haven't had any connectivity or flickering issues.

    I bought these lights thinking I’d be able to have those cool lamps that connect to your phone. Oh how wrong was I!
    I begin every morning with 15 to 30 minutes of trying to get my lights to turn on, period. They don’t actually connect to the app. If you’re lucky enough to get them to turn on, you get to have a dance party whether you want to or not (see video). Lights will flash incessantly for at least 10 mins. Once they’re done flashing, you can *try* to reconnect them to the app. This usually takes about 3-5 tries, half the time it doesn’t work and I end up sitting in the dark. I have 3 of these bulbs set up and it’s awful. They all do the same thing.
    If you’ve been blessed enough to reach the point where all the lights have connected and stopped flashing, you’ve wasted at least 30 minutes, but hey! At least you’re not sitting In the dark…. And you get to do it all again the next time you want to turn your lights on and off…
    These lights are trash. Don’t buy them. If you want a product like this, spend the extra money and get something that’s better quality. There’s a ‘help center’ through the Wiz App but they dont really help. There’s not much you can do about a product that’s just straight up crappy and made to break.

    They are very cool and the app works well however the lights themselves fail very quickly I've had to replace them several times already through guarantee and I can show you what happens on the video they start blinking and there's no way to stop them

    Pedí dos paquetes de este producto. De los cuales 1 llegó parecía ya abierto, con la caja maltratada y uno de los focos sin prender.
    Ha pasado aproximadamente 1 mes de la compra y otros 2 focos ya no funcionan y no pueden emparejarse adecuadamente con la app
