    Product has never dropped on me before when it came to Razer I always loved their headsets and their other stuff. However I just got this headset the volume on one side is louder way louder then the other so it sounds like the sound is only coming from the left. It's bad when I'm trying to game and I can't tell where people are unless it's on my left. Movies too can't watch em. Mic didn't work for talking on PSN nor did it work when talking to anyone on Laptop either. ….sad I had to give such a low rating to some good headphones.
