    At the beginning I was worried I won’t be able to install it because it seems complicated. I still decided to give it a try as this seller has the most positive reviews on their customer support. I emailed the seller my questions multiple times and they promptly responded. They also provided the parts I need for my project. Make sure you follow the installation video step by step. It works perfectly at the end. If you get stuck in the middle of the installation, I recommend you don’t give up on this great product. Email the seller and let them assist.

    Installation of rod was easy. A well designed product. Runs very quietly. However the instructions for connecting it to wifi are unclear and confusing and at first I could not connect. After contacting supplier and getting further/different instructions (you have to push the reset button three times) I was able to connect to wifi successfully and now the system is working well with Google Home. I would have awarded 5 stars except for the wifi issues.

    So much to talk about w/this product. product quality is very good and easy to assemble. You have to watch the installation video as you install so u will pause/start/rewind a lot. (~4 hours to install w/curtains) but the YouTube video is great. easy to pair w/remote. lil problem connecting to Wi-Fi/google 1st time I couldn't figure it out, waited a week to try again, called software support (very supportive) not an issue. As it turns out there are 2 ways to connect to the Wi-Fi. unfortunately the manual's print is VERY SMALL and hard to read however after I pressed the Wi-Fi learning button 3x it paired up VERY nicely. so nice I am buying another for another room. It makes waking up and going to bed 1 less thing to do.

    Its a great price compared to all of the other smart curtains I saw online. Everyone is right the instructions are hard to understand but if you just really slowly break it down it makes sense, and plus there are a lot of post on youtube about how to install so you can just search for those too. One thing I hope they improve on is their directions for people who want to to open it from the side (instead of a central opening) the directions weren't clear with that at all, and it probably added an extra hour or 2 to my install time just to figure out how to solve it. Also I wish eventually the motor unit could just be rechargeable, having a power cord on the side isn't the best look.

    First at all, the costumer service is fantastic. I bought a 10ft curtain rod but I got 8 ft, I sent an email informing about that and I got a response just two hours later. They were very responsive, no only sending the missing part immediately but also sending the connector needed to complete the rod. Secondly, the system itself is very easy to install, I followed the instructions included in the box without using the video suggested to watch. The dimensions in the manual are in metric system, maybe they could include the dimensions also in US system of measurement.
