I got them to cut down on my blue light exposure after dark, which they are definitely achieving. Tip: there’s a hole close to the receiver box where you plug in the strips to receive power that you can use to mount the box so it isn’t dangling from your wall and possibly pull the adhesive. I used a push pin to hold it up but you can also use a nail or screw for the hole.

    None of the RGB LED's I've ever seen can create white – it's usually a light cyan. Get RGBW, so you have a real white, if that's important to you. Lots of cool fun modes on this strip. I installed a couple for my kids and they love it.

    I ordered these for my daughter bc she wanted 1 roll of led lights that were 75ft long, I believe it was. So she picked them out, I purchased what she chose, received them today & she came in & told me it is 2 30ft strips. I'm no mathematician, but I'm pretty sure 30 & 30 is 60. I asked her to go back & reread the description. She says that it's exactly what she thought, not what she got. So I've now had to spend an extra 10 bucks on some connector things. I'll go back & read myself, but just warning those that are thinking these are 1 strip.

    I bought one each for my boys and we immediately put them up. They have been so happy with them and often change the color scheme depending on their mood. Just recently, one of the strips had a small glitch where all the lights lit up however a handful of the bulbs remained a different color than the rest. I sent a video and reached out to their customer service directly and to say I was happy, is an understatement. The rep apologized for the issue and immediately rectified the situation without hesitation. It’s nice to have a company stand behind their products like this.     Our 3 kids wanted to order these to outside their ceiling. They were easy to put up (even my 11 and 13 year old put them up alone) and stuck to the wall easily. There are lots of colors to choose from on the remote and you can adjust the brightness too.
    If you're wanting to outline the perimeter of the room, make sure you also factor in the measurements to have the lights come down one wall to the plug. The adapter that the lights plus in to may pull too hard on the lights if you have that at the ceiling and only the cord coming down the wall to the plug.
