    Was missing a metal plate, instructions, and screws when we got it. I msg the company and they replied back right away with the instructions. We bought a piece of metal and screws to fix it and let them know that and they refunded us 10%. That covered most of the cost to fix it so we were pleased with it. My son loves the chair!

    Arrived with Noah assembly instructions. Sent to my son for his birthday. He had to find videos online to see how to assemble it and then the chair he has as much shorter than the one in the video. Not sure if that’s a quirk of the chair or some disconnect in how he was able to put it together..
