Q1 Does this usb c docking station compatible with my laptop?
A: Please check which functions are supported by your laptop’s built-in USB C port first, only if it supports data transfer & video display & PD charging, you can use the full functions of our docking station. If you don’t make sure, please confirm with us by providing your laptop model
Q2: Can all ports be used at one time?
A: Yes, it can. But please notes that only allow connecting 1 HDD/SSD at one time
Q3: Does this usb c to hdmi adapter work on Steam Deck?
A: Yes, the type c adapter works with Steam Deck
Q4: Is it natural for the hub to get warm?
A: When the hub is fully loaded, it may reach a surface temperature of around 122°F. However, this is normal for this kind of usb c dock
Q5: Does this USB 3.0 interface support charging?
A: You could charge the phone with the USB 3.0 interface(only the one close to the SD slot), but please note the USB ports are mainly designed for data transmission and do not suitable for pass-through charging phones
