1.Q: Does this safe.,will it burn my bucket ? A:I have to say this is a complicated answer since this is electricity product so it is always needed to check the user manual before operating ,if it is fully immersed inside the water without dry heating and follow the instructions it is safe and make your life more convenient .

2.Q: Can i keep it in the container for animal drinking, water day and night ? A:We suggest not to use exceed 1 hours ,if keeps it long time may cause danger ,please kindly not to use more than this time .Since if heats long time the current will be increased then the socket and the product itself will be hot ,if reaches to certain temperature maybe cause bad issues.

3.Q: Can i use my hand to touch it while it is heating ?

A: No any contact with the heater while it is heating ,please unplug it and take it out first then touch the water .

4.Q: Where can i use this for except the bucket and barrel? A: There is widely application :such as livestock in winter ,kiddie pool in the summer ,the midwife ,your bathtub to have warm water bath,camping ,traveling.

5.Q:Can l use multiple Water heaters at the same time when i need to heat a large volume of water? A:When we need to heat a lot of Water quickly, we can use multiple water heaters at the same time, but we must be careful not to plug in the same socket. So as not to cause a fire.
